Deep tissue, is not a soft relaxing massage but neither is it a sports massage. Deep tissue is great if your very active, to prevent injury and help muscles recover. However if you have a office job and are in the same positions for hours this treatment will help to loosen over tired muscles. Treatment time is 50 minutes.
